Giclee Print Shipping

Each giclee print is made to order, and sent out directly from our printers to your address. All prints are expected to be dispatched within 2-5 working days. 

For the UK, EU, Canada and America we endeavour to deliver your print within 6-10 working days and 15 working days for ROW.

WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK. 

If delivering to outside of the UK, prices are automatically displayed at checkout once you have input your destination address. Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to delivery addresses once a product has been shipped.

Shipping of ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

The good news is, we offer A COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY SERVICE WITHIN THE UK! If you are located within a 10 mile radius of the studio, then I can deliver direct to your door, or if possible, you could collect in person (its always lovely to meet my customers!). Please email the studio directly at laurahenning652@googlemail.com if you wish to make an appointment for collection, to ensure I can have it prepared and ready to go to its new home!

Shipping to other countries may vary. It is a flat rate of £30 chargeable when placing your order, and once with our courier, it will take between 2-11 days to be delivered to your preferred address. 

Please note, that time will need to be taken, to carefully wrap and prepare each original painting for transit, so please allow up 1-2 weeks before ready to dispatch. 

An email will be sent out once the painting is ready for our courier to collect and tracking information will be provided. Deliveries of original artwork will require a signature on arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to delivery addresses once a product has been shipped.
