Refund policy

Giclee Prints.

All our Giclee Prints are made to order from our printer, when you buy a print, our printer dropships directly to you. As these are print-on-demand products, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds / returns.

However, in the unlikely event your print arrives damaged by the delivery service, we will endeavour to send a replacement it free of charge. To arrange this please send images showing proof of damage to laurahenning652@googlemail.com. We may request return of the damaged print, this is at our discretion.

Please note, we cannot refund, exchange, replace or compensate any damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc. So please do take care, and use clean hands when opening up your fine art print package.

Original Artworks

Returning an original artwork - If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - please contact the studio within 7 days of receiving your order at laurahenning652@googlemail.com

Any original artworks to be returned must be done at the buyers cost and received back to the studio, undamaged within 14 days of the order being placed.

Returned artworks must be repackaged securely (ideally within its original packaging), and sent using a signed for, tracked courier service and insured for the price of the painting. Please email us directly if you wish to return an item at laurahenning652@googlemail.com

Only once the painting has been received, and confirmed it is in an undamaged state, will a full refund by offered.
